Board of Advisors
The TCN Advisory Board is comprised of key members of New England’s entrepreneurial, investor, academic, political and service communities and provides critical thought leadership and feedback to the TCN Board of Directors and the TCN Program Line Managers. As part of the TCN Community, the Advisory Board uses its passion about the value of entrepreneurship to help foster the growth of New England's broader innovation economy.
Rose Saia Rose is TCN's former marketing chair and a former technology entrepreneur, founder and CEO. She co-founded Trilogy, a network security technology and outsourced development partner which developed client and server VPN products. She successfully sold Trilogy to a private software company which was acquired by Juniper Networks. For several years, she served on the board of WEST (Women Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology) and was a CEO Forum Leader for The Commonwealth Institute of Boston. Rose was recognized twice by Mass High Tech for her accomplishments in Social Entrepreneurship and was given an award for excellence in 2005 from the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship. Rose is now working on a new startup (still in stealth mode). Before that, she was Managing Director at Parents in a Pinch, a private entrepreneurial concern that provides backup care for children and adults as a benefit to corporations. In the recent past, she has spent several years as independent consultant workings in partnership with entrepreneurs on growth, capital acquisition, sales and marketing, and exits. |
