The TCN Advisory Board is comprised of key members of New England’s entrepreneurial, investor, academic, political and service communities and provides critical thought leadership and feedback to the TCN Board of Directors and the TCN Program Line Managers. As part of the TCN Community, the Advisory Board uses its passion about the value of entrepreneurship to help foster the growth of New England's broader innovation economy.

Joe Caruso Joe is President of Bantam Group, a consulting and Investment Company specializing in turnarounds and mentoring of entrepreneurs. In recent years he has served as interim CEO for companies in need of strategic change and has served as personal advisor to numerous company presidents. Joe is a Director and active investor in Accumenta, Boston MicroMachines, PA Instruments, and QD Vision, and is a trustee of Quant Funds. He is a principal in Walnut Venture Associates, a member of CommonAngels, and a Managing Partner of Brookwood Partners, all investment groups for early stage companies. Joe is past-president and member of the board (New England Chapter) of the National Association of Corporate Directors and a member of the advisory board for the Boston University Photonics Center. He is a graduate of Northeastern University (BSEE with honors) and the Harvard Business School (MBA).
