Jerry Kehoe Jerry is a partner at Bingham McCutchen and has represented both U.S. and non- U.S. clients of all sizes in a significant number of acquisition and financing transactions. He is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations as well as the International Bar Association and is registered as a foreign lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales. He speaks frequently at conferences on corporate governance topics and participates in an annual all day program on director professionalism and best practices. He is active in many international business associations and committees promoting the development of commercial law and trade. |
