The Capital Network is led by a Board comprised of accomplished and respected entrepreneurs, investors and sponsors.

Dina Routhier

Dina Routhier has over 16 years experience of investing in and financing technology companies. She is a Vice President with the Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation (MTDC).

Since she joined MTDC in 1999, she has been responsible for reviewing business plans, interviewing entrepreneurs, identifying marketable technologies, making early-stage equity investments and working closely with MTDC portfolio companies. Dina manages MTDC's investments in Harvest Automation, OwnerIQ, GateRocket, Cambridge Viscosity, Impress Systems, and Tomophase. Dina previously managed MTDC's investments in Bitpipe (acquired by TechTarget), SiteScape (acquired by Novell), Sensitech (acquired by Carrier Corp.), WebCT (acquired by Blackboard), Qiave (acquired by Watchguard), and VenturCom (acquired by Citrix).

Prior to joining MTDC, Dina managed a $400 million portfolio of loan commitments at Bank of America (formerly Fleet National Bank). As a member of the Bank's High Technology Division, she prospected, structured and originated new debt facilities to start-up and established companies operating within the technology and biotechnology industries. Dina came to Fleet National Bank from JP Morgan & Co., Inc. Dina is a graduate of Boston College with Bachelor of Science in Management, and earned her MBA from Boston University.
