This session will help attendees understand what (if any) D&O insurance and
indemnification agreements are in place for their protection and learn how they and
their investors are exposed from a personal level. We will review claim scenarios
and corporate indemnification policies, and provide a basic overview of D&O
insurance including critical “state of the art” coverage provisions for dealing with
this risk.
