Own Your Numbers w/ Techstars BOS: Mining Value from Metrics
July 8 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
free
We’re running this workshop as an ONLINE event via Zoom. We’ll email the Zoom link and the workshop materials to all the registrants shortly before the event starts. Any questions, please email [email protected]
The key to startup success is knowing and tracking your numbers, but what should you even track? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (and a host of other acronyms for measurable metrics like OKRs) are key to making decisions, measuring the growth of your company, getting your team on the same page, and raising capital.
We’re partnering with Techstars Boston to bring you this workshop, which will cover how to find your direction, your metrics, how to use those metrics to understand, track, and set goals to drive growth. You will be given real examples and tools to set your own KPIs, and you’ll learn how to approach KPI review and team accountability. You will also learn how these metrics help you to communicate and create shared vision and direction within your company.
By joining this workshop, you’ll learn:
- The basics of goal setting, team motivation and metrics
- How to identify and select the key objectives that drive your business forward.
- How to review goals and KPIs to make sure your company benefits from these KPIs.
Please help us better support you by giving us your feedback on our workshops! We’ll send out a short survey at the end of the workshop. We’d appreciate it if you can take a few minutes to fill out the survey. We will share the recording and slides of the workshop once we receive your feedback! Be sure to tune in and join us! We look forward to seeing you!
