In this interactive webinar, we will focus on the due diligence round and how to best prepare for it. From high-level overviews to in-depth analyses of every number, customer and flaw, our Angel and Legal experts will run the process through which investors evaluate early-stage companies for investment. Market analysis, financials, legal documents… You will walk away with a clear understanding and a checklist of what business documents and legal contracts investors need to see from you to make the process of investing as smooth as it can be.

As meetings have been moved online, the speakers will also talk about the impact of COVID-19 on the due diligence process, how investors have adjusted and how founders can best prepare for it.

To prepare for this workshop, you can read Christopher Mirabile’s Inc article: ‘Rites of Passage: What Investors Mean By Due Diligence’.
