John Hession John Hession is a partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Boston office. He represents emerging-growth companies, principally in the software, telecommunications and electronic commerce fields, as well as venture capital funds in the investment process. He is an adjunct professor at Boston College Law School here he teaches a course on ‘Venture Capital Fund Formations and Investments.’ John was voted “one of Boston’s best VC lawyers,” by Digital Industry and “one of Boston’s best start-up company lawyers” by Boston Magazine. |
