Jeremy Halpern Jeremy Halpern is the Managing Director of Evolution Advisors LLC, a Boston based strategic transaction advisory firm that assists early and growth stage clients with corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions. Previously, Mr. Halpern served as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for MobileTek Corporation, a developer of PC based applications enabling smarter mobility for consumer mobile devices. Mr. Halpern is a member of the Board of Directors and the Roundtable Chairman of The Capital Network, a Boston-based non-profit that provides education to entrepreneurs seeking early stage capital. In 2004, Mr. Halpern joined the faculty of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies Department of Tufts University where he continues to teach Entrepreneurial Leadership. Mr. Halpern practiced corporate law with Goodwin Procter LLP, Bingham McCutchen LLP and Irell & Manella LLP. Mr. Halpern received his B.A from the University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles. Prior to law school, Mr. Halpern spent two years as the Executive Chairman of a concert and special events production company in the Northern California East Bay area. Mr. Halpern participates in Tufts' 100k Business Plan Competition, MIT's Venture Mentoring Service, MIT's ICE Competition, MIT's 100K Business Plan Competition, MassTLC, MDG, ACG and REBN.
